Members

MDA members form part of Malta’s only central representative organisation for all professionals working in all aspects of real estate in Malta and Gozo.

Membership benefits include:

  • Regular updates by email on the latest news from our sectors.
  • Invitations to knowledge events such as seminars, forums, meetings, courses, etc.
  • Invitations to think tanks, focus groups and other discussion fora related to your specific sector with direct participation in our suggestions to the Government of Malta.

  • Invitations to social networking events.
  • Special offers from collaborating corporate partners.

Membership fees are payable as follows:

€125 – One-time Administration Fee*

€125 – Annual Membership Fee for the first section **

€60 – Annual Membership Fee for each additional section applied for

*Administration Fee is only applicable on first-time onboarding and is not charged from the first renewal onwards.

** This includes €5 that will be donated to a charitable organization announced during the year.

Membership invoices are issued and sent at the beginning of the calendar year.

Payments can be made by cheque payable to the MDA or bank transfer (more details on the application form and renewal notice).
