The Malta Developers Association welcomes the statement made by Minister Stefan Zrinzo Azzopardi, that the licensing of contractors in the construction industry will soon be introduced.
MDA has been insisting on the introduction of licensing for contractors in the construction industry for several years and whilst the authorities agreed in principle with such licensing, no concrete action has as yet been taken.
