The course is suitable for those who wish to apply for the licence of REAL ESTATE CONSULTANTS and not Brokers, Branch Managers or Agents. For those who wish to become Brokers, Agents or Managers, they would also be required to do the accredited top-up course called: Award in Real Estate Management.
Combined together, these two courses (MQF 4, 8 ECTS for Consultants + MQF 4, 4 ECTS Top up for Managers/Agents/Brokers) will come up to the 12 ECTS required for Agents, Managers and Brokers.
