The Malta Developers Association (MDA) today launched the first proposals drawn up by a newly set up Technical Section within the MDA.
The section, composed of established architects and civil engineers, among whom is Perit Stephen Farrugia, a former President of the Chamber of Architects (KTP), drew up a paper on affordable housing that Perit Farrugia outlined in a presentation to Transport Minister Ian Borg and Property Market Parliamentary Secretary Chris Agius.
MDA feels the need for its proposals, especially those related to forward planning policies, to be drawn up professionally by this section, which is to continue to hold internal discussions on further proposals that will be drawn up on behalf of MDA.
MDA President Sandro Chetcuti invited other architects, civil engineers and other professionals in the field to come forward and give their contribution within the new section.
