UEPC welcomes MDA at its AGM

A Malta Developers Association delegation is currently in Bucharest, Romania, for the annual meeting of the Association of European Union Developers (UEPC). This is the first time the MDA is attending this meeting and the MDA delegation was welcomed in a highly positive way by the delegates from other countries with whom it exchanged ideas on the latest developments in the European property market.

Among the themes being discussed at the meeting are how European Regional Development Funds (ERDF) are to start being used for urban regeneration projects since this is a topic of great interest to the MDA because it feels that the future of development in Malta is in the regeneration of urban centres, many of which are neglected and abandoned.
The MDA delegation is composed of: Michael Falzon, President; Sandro Chetcuti, Vice-President; Ian Fitzpatrick, Secretary; and Michael Stivala.
